  • 2 Red Oak Grilling Planks
  • Bacon
  • Jalapeños, sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Shredded Pepperjack
  • Garlic Powder
  • Buns, Lettuce, Onions Tomatos (duh)

Chef's Tip

Grill the Jalapeños first to get a nice crunch to each bite of the sliders.


  1. Soak the Red Oak plank in warm water for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
  3. Cook bacon and jalapeños.
  4. Chop up cooked bacon, mix with ground beef and jalapeños.
  5. Form into patties and place on wet plank.
  6. Place on grill, cook 20 minutes or until finished.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
