Kabobs are a quick and easy dinner to make when you have nothing to cook. Directions:

  1. Soak the Cedar skewers in warm water for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to 400°F.
  3. Place ingredients on skewer in this order: chicken, pepper, onion, zucchini. Repeat until all the skewers are full.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add skewers to preheated grill. Close lid.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip, and cook another 10 minutes (or until chicken is thoroughly cooked).
  7. When done, remove from grill and serve.
  8. Enjoy!
