How do you use grilling plank?
Planking is easy! Simply soak the plank for up to 1 hour, add your seasoned food, add to grill or oven, cook until done and serve + enjoy! Make sure to never leave the grill unattended and keep a spray bottle of water handy for flare-ups.
How do you use grilling wraps?
Grilling wraps are easy to use. Soak in water for 5 minutes, add your food parallel to the grain of the wood, secure with natural twine and add to preheated grill or oven. Cook until done and enjoy! Make sure to keep a spray bottle of water handy for flare-ups, and never leave the grill unattended.
Are grilling planks reusable?
Grilling planks get pretty charred on the grill — usually to the point of not being reusable. When used in the oven, however, planks usually don’t char, so they can be rinsed with water (never soap!) and stored in the freezer until your next planking adventure. But always make sure to cook the same food on the plank. Nobody likes fishy chicken!
