The classic grilling apparatus, the skewer, really revolutionized cooking with wood and flames. It all started with the slow roast. A spit over the fire bearing the full weight of whatever the hunt had brought them. Years later, primitive man got a little smarter and decided instead of a full animal being cooked all at once, breaking it down to bite-sized treats was far more practical.
As the years went by, the skewers became better and more well adapted until finally the crazy lumber geniuses that make up our team came up with the ultimate skewer. The flat Cedar skewers: more flavor, less rolling around on the grill. This skewer is top of the line. I could ramble on and on but isn’t a video of us showcasing the versatility of this unique product more entertaining than reading? I think so.
