Wildwood Grilling is the original, modern-day

manufacturer of cedar grilling planks.

We’re best known for those classic grilling planks, but we also produce grilling wraps, smoking chips, and other grilling tools.

Our In-House Chef

Chef Matt worked his first kitchen job in the country of Malta at the age of 15, and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

He has since worked as a restaurant Chef in Flagstaff AZ, Bar Harbor ME, Mallorca Spain, Poole England, stagiaire placement at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in London, Portland OR, and finally North Idaho.

Now he works at Wildwood grilling  developing recipes, testing new products, and educating our customers about how best to use our products. With his help we publish new recipes, how tos and helpful tips weekly.
