Chef's Tip

Be sure to keep the lid on your grill closed to ensure you get a nice crust on your pork chop!

Directions:

  1. Soak grilling plank in warm water for ~15 minutes. Preheat grill to 450˚ F.
  2. Pat your pork chops down with a clean dish towel to remove any moisture. Generously cover all sides of each pork chop with the Rib Rub seasoning.
  3. Place seasoned pork chops on the presoaked plank and grill for about 20 minutes with the lid closed until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145˚ F.
  4. Remove chops from the grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

*Keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups.
