A super simple recipe for the most delightful pork chops you’ve ever cooked on your grill! These pork chops are great with mashed potatoes, a side salad, and whatever veggies you have on hand.

Ingredients:
- Cedar Grilling Plank
- Rib Rub No. 6 Seasoning
- 2 thick cut, bone in Pork Chops
Chef's Tip
Be sure to keep the lid on your grill closed to ensure you get a nice crust on your pork chop!
Directions:
- Soak grilling plank in warm water for ~15 minutes. Preheat grill to 450˚ F.
- Pat your pork chops down with a clean dish towel to remove any moisture. Generously cover all sides of each pork chop with the Rib Rub seasoning.
- Place seasoned pork chops on the presoaked plank and grill for about 20 minutes with the lid closed until the chops reach an internal temperature of 145˚ F.
- Remove chops from the grill and allow to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
*Keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups.
