- 8 Cedar Skewers
- 12 oz. Cherry Tomatoes
- 12 oz. Miniature Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Balsamic Reduction
- Salt and Pepper
Balsamic glaze can be found at most grocery stores, but you can easily make your own by simmering good quality balsamic vinegar until it reduces.
- Drain the liquid from the fresh mozzarella balls.
- Thread tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil leaves on the skewers, and repeat until skewers are full.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Enjoy!
