  • Wildwood Grilling 5×11″ Cherry Plank
  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 small Apple
  • 1 small Pear
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
  • 1 Tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Optional: Green Beans

Chef's Tip

Instead of cane sugar,
you can also use
a drizzle of honey to
get that sweet flavor.


  1. Soak the Cherry plank in hot water for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
  3. Cut apple and pear into small diced pieces.
  4. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, salt & pepper and cane sugar. Place on plank.
  5. Top chicken with apples, pears and cranberries.
  6. Add plank to grill and cook for 15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked. Prepare green beans as desired.
  7. When done, remove from grill or oven and serve with green beans.
  8. Enjoy!
