Our Mill Crew manufactures lumber into food-safe grilling woods. They operate, and assist with the operation of, various machine centers in the manufacturing plant including saws, moulders, conveyors, packaging equipment, etc. They assemble and customize customer orders, pack boxes, get orders ready for shipment, make accurate product counts, and participate in our quality control process.
We are hiring at our Sandpoint Idaho facility, this is an in-person job.
Responsibilities
- Works as part of the team while owning individually assigned tasks
- Operation of manufacturing equipment
- Responsible for clear oral and written communication
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
- Able and willing to perform all other duties as assigned

Work Environment

Shift
Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 3pm.
We do not operate on weekends.
