It doesn’t get any easier than this, but if you are into a low-carb, keto or paleo diet this is a great to grill bratwurst! The addition of aromatic Cedar is a nice bonus.

Ingredients:
- 4 Cedar Skewers
- 4 Bratwurst
- Condiments of your choice
Chef's Tip
Let the ends of the skewers extend over the edge of the grill to keep them from burning up.
Directions:
- Soak the skewers in water for several minutes and preheat the grill to 500°F
- Skewer one sausage onto each skewer.
- Set brats on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally
- Allow to cool slightly before eating. Serve with condiments of your choice.
*Keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups.
