It doesn’t get any easier than this, but if you are into a low-carb, keto or paleo diet this is a great to grill bratwurst! The addition of aromatic Cedar is a nice bonus.

  • 4 Cedar Skewers
  • 4 Bratwurst
  • Condiments of your choice

Chef's Tip

Let the ends of the skewers extend over the edge of the grill to keep them from burning up.


  1. Soak the skewers in water for several minutes and preheat the grill to 500°F
  2. Skewer one sausage onto each skewer.
  3. Set brats on the grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally
  4. Allow to cool slightly before eating. Serve with condiments of your choice.

*Keep a spray bottle of water handy in case of flare-ups.
