Cedar and salmon are a classic combination here in the Pacific Northwest. Though traditionally prepared on a Cedar plank, this salmon is not only amazingly tasty like you’ve come to know, but the Cedar grilling wrap also adds a beautiful presentation. Consider the recipe for your next get-together done! Each wrap is individual serving size, so everyone can add their own spices and ingredients, depending on preference and dietary restrictions.
