With football season in full swing you better have your bar food snacks prepared! Pumpkin spiced almonds with additional Red Oak flavoring, you can’t go wrong.

Ingredients:
- 4 Red Oak Grilling Planks
- 1 Lb Almonds or nuts of your choosing. (any and all are great options)
- 1 Tsp. Pumpkin spice
- 1 Tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tbs. Salt
Chef's Tip
Add some smoking chips to the grill as well. More smoke never hurt bar snacks!
Directions:
- Soak the grilling planks in hot water for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
- Mix salt, cumin and pumpkin spice together.
- Use your spray bottle and mist the nuts just enough to dampen.
- Toss the nuts in seasoning and place on planks.
- Place planks on grill, cook for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
