With football season in full swing you better have your bar food snacks prepared! Pumpkin spiced almonds with additional Red Oak flavoring, you can’t go wrong.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Red Oak Grilling Planks
  • 1 Lb Almonds or nuts of your choosing. (any and all are great options)
  • 1 Tsp. Pumpkin spice
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tbs. Salt

Chef's Tip

Add some smoking chips to the grill as well. More smoke never hurt bar snacks!

Directions:

  1. Soak the grilling planks in hot water for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
  3. Mix salt, cumin and pumpkin spice together.
  4. Use your spray bottle and mist the nuts just enough to dampen.
  5. Toss the nuts in seasoning and place on planks.
  6. Place planks on grill, cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
